Personal Vision Coaching Program
Building on the Highlands assessment, the Personal Vision Coaching Program is an eight-session journey through the Highlands Whole Person Model — Abilities, Skills, Interests, Personal Style, Family, Values, Goals, and Career Stage. It ends in a written vision statement and a concrete plan.
Why eight sessions
Because the Highlands Ability Battery answers the question "how am I wired?" — but a vision for the next decade has to integrate that with everything else: your family, your stage of life, your values, your goals. Each session focuses on one of the eight components of the Whole Person Model.
Sessions are roughly 60–75 minutes, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, in person or over video. You'll have reading and reflection between sessions.
Who this is for
Adults in transition — between roles, between cities, between life stages. Recent graduates trying to choose a first path. Former college athletes who are six months past their last game and feeling unmoored. Parents whose youngest just left for college and who are asking what's next.
What you walk out with
A written personal vision statement. A six-page summary of the eight pillars and how they integrate. A concrete next-90-days action plan. And the framework — which is yours for the rest of your life — for re-running the exercise on yourself every five years.
