Schools, athletic departments, and leadership teams hire us to run cohort-wide Highlands work. We don't run a stock workshop. We design the curriculum around your stated outcomes and the specific cohort sitting in front of us.
Common engagements
Senior class Highlands cohort: every senior takes the assessment, gets a personal debrief, and the school gets aggregate data for advising and college counseling.
Athletic department: a varsity team takes the Highlands together, then we run two team sessions on how individual wiring contributes to team chemistry.
Faculty leadership cohort: incoming department chairs or senior administrators take the assessment and meet for three sessions on leadership, communication, and decision-making.
New-hire onboarding: integrate Highlands into your first-90-days curriculum so new employees and their managers have shared, objective vocabulary.
How pricing works
Pricing is by group size and engagement length. Schools and athletic programs typically run $4,000–$15,000 for a single-cohort engagement; multi-year partnerships are quoted separately. Travel within Virginia, North Carolina, and the surrounding states is included.
