Group work for institutions that take character formation seriously.
Independent schools, athletic departments, and leadership teams hire us to run cohort-wide Highlands work — onboarding new students, preparing seniors for college, building team chemistry, or developing faculty leaders. We design the curriculum around your stated outcomes, not a stock workshop.
Cohort work at the institutional level
Independent schools, college athletic departments, faculty cohorts, and leadership teams hire us to run cohort-wide Highlands engagements. We don't run a stock workshop. We design the curriculum around your outcomes and the cohort sitting in front of us.
The most common pattern: every member of the cohort takes the Highlands assessment, each gets a personal debrief, and the cohort comes together for two to four group sessions on what the aggregate data means for their work. Schools get advising-grade information. Athletic departments get team-chemistry information. Leadership teams get communication and decision-making frameworks rooted in real cognitive data.
Engagements that have worked
A senior class of 35 students: every senior took the Highlands as part of college counseling. The school got aggregate data on the cohort and built a more individualized advising track for the spring.
A varsity lacrosse team of 28: full Highlands engagement plus two team chemistry sessions before the postseason. Captains used the framework to assign in-game responsibility.
A leadership cohort of 12 department chairs at an independent school: three sessions on communication, decision-making, and conflict — all anchored in their own Highlands results.
