Why the Highlands fits Village School
We bring the same lens to working with adolescent girls and their families that Benjie spent a decade developing with boys. The Highlands itself is gender-neutral, and the framing of objective ability data is particularly powerful at the stage when girls are first being told what they 'should' want.
How we engage
Most Village School families begin with an individual Highlands Ability Battery — a 3.5-hour online assessment plus a two-hour debrief — for one student. Some families come back for a second child two years later. Schools sometimes engage us at the institutional level for cohort work.
