Why the Highlands fits The Covenant School
Covenant graduates head to a wide range of competitive colleges across the country. The Highlands gives those students objective data about how they're wired before they make a four-year, six-figure decision. It also gives parents a third-party voice in the college-list conversation.
How we engage
Most The Covenant School families begin with an individual Highlands Ability Battery — a 3.5-hour online assessment plus a two-hour debrief — for one student. Some families come back for a second child two years later. Schools sometimes engage us at the institutional level for cohort work.

Timshel Personal Consulting was founded by Benjie Colberg — Vanderbilt M.Ed., certified Highlands consultant, and nine-year Christ School faculty member who served as Dean of Campus Life.
