We bring the same care to adolescent girls and their families that Benjie spent a decade developing with boys. The Highlands itself is gender-neutral, and at the eighth-grade transition point it's particularly useful.
How we engage
Most Hanger Hall School families begin with an individual Highlands Ability Battery — a 3.5-hour online assessment plus a two-hour debrief — for one student. Some families come back for a second child two years later. Schools sometimes engage us at the institutional level for cohort work.
