Christ School is where Benjie spent nine years — as teacher, soccer and lacrosse coach, dorm parent, and eventually Dean of Campus Life and a member of the senior leadership team. The relationship runs deeper than alumni status. He coached two state-championship lacrosse teams here and continues to consult with Christ School families regularly.

Why the Highlands fits Christ School
Christ School is an all-boys boarding and day school with a strong sense of formation. The Highlands fits naturally into the school's existing language around growth, virtue, and vocation — and gives boys an objective lens on themselves that complements the relational mentoring they already receive.
How we engage
Most Christ School families begin with an individual Highlands Ability Battery — a 3.5-hour online assessment plus a two-hour debrief — for one student. Some families come back for a second child two years later. Schools sometimes engage us at the institutional level for cohort work.
